Administrative Assistant

Only Sky is a high growth, young software company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with outdoor activity businesses, ski resorts, ski schools, guide outfitters, and more, using its platform to run their business ranging from eCommerce to scheduling, and more. Only Sky's customers are across the US, Japan, Europe, and South America.

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The OS Administrative Assistant is the personal assistant to the CEO and also assists other employees as possible, and helps to manage the smooth operation of the office. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

The hours of this job are currently Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies, light organization/tidying of office, etc.

  • Providing real-time scheduling support to the CEO by booking appointments and preventing conflicts, and communicating with CEOs meeting attendees in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

  • Making CEO’s travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

  • Handle multiple projects

  • Assist accounting department with paperwork, on occasion

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail


  • Proven admin or assistant experience

  • Proficient in GSuite tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc)

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

B2B Sales Executive (Software Sales)

Only Sky is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, results-driven seller to join our Denver-based team. This position will provide you the opportunity to meet client needs by selling the full suite of Only Sky solutions to activity and tour providers globally, including our customer-facing e-commerce solution as well as our back office management tools.  Only Sky utilizes a solution-based, consultative selling approach designed to help clients grow their businesses.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in full cycle b2b software sales

  • Experience with managing a pipeline with varying degrees of deal complexity and sales cycles

  • Strong cold-calling skills, ability to self-source leads, overcome tough objections and create new opportunities

  • Experience working in a metrics-driven sales organization and a proven track record of quota attainment

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively based on business needs

  • Highly self-motivated, personable, aggressive, energetic and creative

  • Experience with sales/ marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred)

  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how we can help them achieve their goals

  • Positioning the value of solutions in connection to specific client needs and pain points

  • Willing to travel on occasion (the places you go are hard to beat)

  • Previous startup environment experience preferred

What You'll Do

  • Report to the VP of Sales and work directly with CEO & Product team

  • Lead web-based product demonstrations

  • Meet/ exceed weekly activity goals and annual quota

  • Manage your own book of business and guide potential clients through the entire sales process from cold call to close (less than 60 days on average)

  • Build relationships and develop key strategic partnerships, integrations and alliances with other organizations

  • Assist in launching the Only Sky product in new countries

  • Think independently and establish your own growth initiatives on behalf of the company

  • Make recommendations to improve sales process and systems
