Sales Development Representative

Only Sky exists to connect the world to transformative outdoor experiences. We are a venture-backed company, headquartered in Denver, CO, providing two products to the mountain destination industry: 

  • OS Enterprise is a b2b e-commerce and management platform for the mountain destination industry, with partners across North America, Europe, Chile, New Zealand and Japan.

  • OS Atmosphere enables local guides to provide bespoke and stimulating mountain experiences to guests across the world, with partners, like Copper and Winter Park, right here in Colorado.

As a part of the Only Sky sales team, you will have the opportunity to meet client needs by selling the full suite of Only Sky solutions to ski resorts, ski schools, tour operators and outdoor outfitters globally, including our customer-facing e-commerce solution and back office management tools.  Only Sky utilizes a solution-based, consultative selling approach designed to help clients grow their businesses. We work as a team, have fun, exceed our goals, and work with buyers in the best possible vertical - the outdoor industry.

You will be expected to stand on your own two feet and hit the ground running.  As a member of a small sales team with no territories, and easy-to-navigate rules of engagement, you will have more opportunity than you can handle.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in b2b software sales 

  • Strong cold-calling skills, ability to self-source leads, overcome tough objections and set appointments

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience working in a metrics-driven sales organization and a proven track record of meeting weekly/daily calling expectations and quotas 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Highly self-motivated, personable, aggressive, energetic and creative

  • Experience with Hubspot and sales/ marketing automation tools preferred 

  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how we can help them achieve their goals

  • Positioning the value of solutions in connection to specific client needs and pain points

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field, OR comparable work experience AND coursework/education

  • Willing to travel on occasion (the places you go are hard to beat)

What you’ll Do 

  • Report to the VP of Sales and work directly with CEO, Product and Operations teams

  • Meet/ exceed weekly activity goals and annual quota 

  • Set meetings and demonstrations with qualified prospects

  • Build relationships and develop key strategic partnerships, integrations and alliances with other organizations

  • Assist in launching the Only Sky product in new countries

  • Think independently and establish your own growth initiatives on behalf of the company

  • Make recommendations to improve sales process and systems 

Onboarding & Support Specialist

As an Onboarding & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working with new and existing partners to ensure they are achieving the highest value from Only Sky. You will guide partners through the onboarding process and further assist as needed for ongoing support to any partners. You will report to the Head of Product. Your overall success will be quantified two primary metrics: the time it takes from partner signing to the Only Sky solution going live and the number of partner products bookable online

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner onboarding:

  • Listen to partner needs and collect all relevant information

  • Responsible for coordinating meetings, scheduling time with users from partner, and following up on action items in a timely and organized manner

  • Guide partners through the onboarding process given their individual needs

  • Document key information throughout the onboarding process and track the time it takes from purchase to the Only Sky solution going live

  • Building partner products, prices, etc., and handling other configurations in Only Sky related to launch * Ongoing Partner Support:

  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and needs via phone, email, and Slack in a timely and courteous manner

  • Manage ongoing partner needs effectively to drive high retention and loyalty

  • Promptly bring issues or concerns from partners to management

ADministrative assistant

Only Sky is a high growth, young software company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with outdoor activity businesses, ski resorts, ski schools, guide outfitters, and more, using its platform to run their business ranging from eCommerce to scheduling, and more. Only Sky's customers are across the US, Japan, Europe, and South America.

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The OS Administrative Assistant is the personal assistant to the CEO and also assists other employees as possible, and helps to manage the smooth operation of the office. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

The hours of this job are currently Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies, light organization/tidying of office, etc.

  • Providing real-time scheduling support to the CEO by booking appointments and preventing conflicts, and communicating with CEOs meeting attendees in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

  • Making CEO’s travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

  • Handle multiple projects

  • Assist accounting department with paperwork, on occasion

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail

Requirements:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience

  • Proficient in GSuite tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc)

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

B2B Sales Executive (Software Sales)

Only Sky is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, results-driven seller to join our Denver-based team. This position will provide you the opportunity to meet client needs by selling the full suite of Only Sky solutions to activity and tour providers globally, including our customer-facing e-commerce solution as well as our back office management tools.  Only Sky utilizes a solution-based, consultative selling approach designed to help clients grow their businesses.
