VP of Customer Success
Customer success is vital to our company's growth and revenue. With our transactional business model, it's imperative that our customers are happy, "live," and dedicated to growth in line with Only Sky. We are looking for a leader with a proven record in tech of building customer success from nothing to something. You thrive in the startup environment, work as hard as your customers do, and you are customer-obsessed.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent international degree
3-5 years + in customer support/success roles
1-2 years + in leadership/management of customer support/success teams
Ability to work in a small, highly motivated, high-speed team
Ability to problem solve on the fly and resolve concerns promptly
Track record of high customer retention rates
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in sales or exposure to sales/upselling preferred

What You’ll Do:
You are the foundation of customer success at Only Sky. You will be responsible for building out this vastly important department at the Company. This includes being a player-coach: you will have the skills to hire, train, and mentor junior support/success reps, but also the drive to pitch in yourself and get things done when needed. You will be responsible for architecting the strategy for customer success at the Company. This includes collaborating with CEO and other key stakeholders on the goals for customer success and putting together a strategic roadmap to achieve said goals.

You will collaborate closely with both our Head of Product and our VP of Sales. You are responsible for aligning customer success with the product roadmap. Further, you will work with our VP of Sales and sales team to ensure we are maximizing value from existing accounts.

Sales Development Representative

Only Sky exists to connect the world to transformative outdoor experiences. We are a venture-backed company, headquartered in Denver, CO, providing two products to the mountain destination industry: 

  • OS Enterprise is a b2b e-commerce and management platform for the mountain destination industry, with partners across North America, Europe, Chile, New Zealand and Japan.

  • OS Atmosphere enables local guides to provide bespoke and stimulating mountain experiences to guests across the world, with partners, like Copper and Winter Park, right here in Colorado.

As a part of the Only Sky sales team, you will have the opportunity to meet client needs by selling the full suite of Only Sky solutions to ski resorts, ski schools, tour operators and outdoor outfitters globally, including our customer-facing e-commerce solution and back office management tools.  Only Sky utilizes a solution-based, consultative selling approach designed to help clients grow their businesses. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in b2b software sales 

  • Strong cold-calling skills, ability to self-source leads, overcome tough objections and set appointments

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience working in a metrics-driven sales organization and a proven track record of meeting weekly/daily calling expectations and quotas 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Highly self-motivated, personable, aggressive, energetic and creative

  • Experience with Hubspot and sales/ marketing automation tools preferred 

  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how we can help them achieve their goals

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The OS Executive Assistant is the personal assistant to the CEO and also assists other employees as possible, and helps to manage the smooth operation of the office. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an Executive Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Executive Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Executive Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

The hours of this job are currently Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies, light organization/tidying of office, etc.

  • Providing real-time scheduling support to the CEO by booking appointments and preventing conflicts, and communicating with CEOs meeting attendees in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

  • Making CEO’s travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

  • Handle multiple projects

  • Assist accounting department with paperwork, on occasion

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail

Requirements:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience

  • Proficient in GSuite tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc)

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

This position will provide you the opportunity to meet client needs by selling the full suite of Only Sky solutions to activity and tour providers globally, including our customer-facing e-commerce solution as well as our back office management tools.  Only Sky utilizes a solution-based, consultative selling approach designed to help clients grow their businesses.
