Store Credit Now Available

We’re excited to announce the launch of OnlySky Store Credit. This admin tool will provide business owners and operators peace of mind, while enhancing the guest experience. 

When it comes to operating schedules, it seems like we’ve seen it all in the past few years. Closures for too warm of weather, too cold of weather, rain, wind, and pandemics resulting in reservation gymnastics and refunds. The time spent rescheduling and the nonrefundable credit card processing fees snowball into large expenses each season. 

So we bring you OnlySky Store Credit to keep that money in the bank. This is how it works:

 
 
  1. When processing a refund you will now have the option to issue a Credit Card Refund, or a Store Credit Refund.

  2. Edit the amount, expiration date*, add a note, and remove upcoming activities if needed as you issue OnlySky Store Credit.
    *expiration date editable only if enabled in global settings

  3. Your guest will receive an email notifying them they have been issued store credit with instructions on how to use their store credit.

  4. Guests can reschedule immediately, or hold onto their store credit in their guest account until their next purchase. 

 

How does this benefit you?

  • Retain Customers - Keep money in house when refunding guests for any reason.

  • Reduce Fees - No credit card processing fees when store credit is used.

  • Remove Rescheduling - Issue store credit, and let your guest select a new date and time. 

  • Repeat Sales - Upsell opportunity when guests return to use store credit

  • Rest Easy - Capitalize on early sales knowing if the weather doesn’t cooperate you can easily provide store credit without the financial burden.
