OnlySky offers extensive support to its partners through all phases of implementation, from on-boarding to post-season reporting and analytics. Support options include FAQs, a knowledgebase, email based support, and premium support via Slack, or a dedicated telephone number. To learn more about premium support contact sales@theonlysky.com.

To access our on-line help resources, log on to your OnlySky partner platform, and navigate to the dashboard. Select “Help” at the bottom of the left-hand column of options, as shown in the image below.
