A huge part of the business is on mountain equipment rental, and it tends to create bottlenecks and delays getting guests out to their lesson. For that reason, OnlySky partnered with Rezo Systems to build an automated rental reservation and tracking system integration. Using Rezo’s industry best software OnlySky will take guest rental details upon purchase and communicate them directly to your shop.

Your guests can book rentals just like they have been through OnlySky. They don’t have to do anything extra in the checkout process other than answer rental questions, like boot size and height. In addition to this, waivers can be signed at the same time to speed equipment pickup.
The rental shop will see inventory automatically within their Rezo Systems rental manager when a rental is processed, be it daily or seasonal, and returns can be registered with a scan. No more hard to read notes on paper. Inventory totals, return dates, and all other shop information can be viewed on a simple interface. And reporting will provide tracking throughout the season.
When you need to communicate with guests, whether it concerns pre-rental questions or returns, the rental shop can utilize either email or SMS to contact them through the Rezo System platform.
All of these features will allow your guests to proceed through checkout in a simple, unified fashion and pick up their gear quickly. They will also make sure that your rental shop has all of the information it needs to ensure equipment is ready for guests.
